John Schaible

Chairman & CEO

John M. Schaible, is an experienced and well-regarded entrepreneur and financial services industry executive. Prior to co-founding Atlas Holdings, Mr. Schaible was a founder of Anderen Bank and CEO of Anderen Financial. Anderen Bank was profitably sold in May 2010. Mr. Schaible also founded NexTrade and was instrumental in growing NexTrade up to the sale of NexTrade’s electronic communications network (division of NexTrade) to Citigroup, Inc. in 2005. In 2004, NexTrade was recognized as “the fastest matching engine on Wall Street” by Traders Magazine. Mr. Schaible also founded Matchbookfx, the first spot foreign currency electronic exchange.

Trifon Houvardas


Mr. Houvardas is a prominent Florida entrepreneur, real estate developer, and restaurateur. He is the owner of Foresight Property Services. He is also Co-Founder and Board of Director Member of Heritage Property and Casualty Insurance (NYSE: HRTG). Mr. Houvardas also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for First Home Bank. Mr. Houvardas is highly knowledgeable in AML implementation and enforcement. Notably, Mr. Houvardas has been approved as bank director by the FDIC and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Mr. Houvardas brings an extensive experience in dealing with banking regulatory structures and Anti Money Laundering issues.

Gil Addeo

Senior Advisor

Mr. Addeo is a Senior Advisor to Atlas FinTech Holdings Corp. He is also Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Investment Placement Group (“IPG”) located in San Diego, CA. IPG is a small to mid-size member firm that currently employs a total of 41 registered and associated persons operating from the Firm’s main office and 13 foreign associates domiciled in various countries primarily in Mexico and Argentina. IPG provides a variety of products and services in 11 products lines to both foreign and domestic institutional and retail accounts. Prior to his joining with IPG, Mr. Addeo was a Director and Head of International Relationship Management at Pershing LLC (“Pershing”), a BNY Mellon Company. During his tenure with Pershing, Mr. Addeo was a member of Pershing’s Credit Committee, Suspicious Activity and Regulatory Oversight Committee, as well as the International Risk Committee. Mr. Addeo was also a member of the Latin American Executive Committee at BNY Mellon. In his Director position, Mr. Addeo was primarily responsible for relationship management and oversight activities involving various size correspondent firms with a focus in Latin America. Mr. Addeo’s responsibilities included but were not limited to due diligence and on-board assessments, relationship maintenance and other related services. Prior to joining Pershing, Mr. Addeo was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns Securities Corporation, where he managed sales and relationship management for the Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Advisory Services groups. Mr. Addeo maintains more than 23 years in the financial services industry, including former management positions at SunGard, TD Waterhouse and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. In 2015, Mr. Addeo completed the Securities Industry Institute® program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Craig Ridenhour

Executive Vice-President Business Development

Mr. Ridenhour is one of the founding partners of Atlas FinTech Holdings and serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for the organization. Mr. Ridenhour has almost 25 years of experience in the financial services field working in various senior and executive management positions. In his capacity as EVP for Atlas, he has worked on increasing its shareholder base and the capital for the company, leading business development efforts in its various subsidiaries, developing long-term strategies for the overall growth of the holding company, and shareholder relations among other things.


Daniel Caamano

Vice-Chairman & President

Daniel Caamano V. is an experienced and respected professional with more than 25 years of experience primarily as an executive in the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Atlas Holdings, Mr. Caamano was the driving force behind the creation of Anderen Financial, a bank holding company regulated by the Federal Reserve Board, and Anderen Bank, an FDIC chartered financial institution. He served as Chairman and President of Anderen Financial and founder, President, and Director of Anderen Bank. Mr. Caamano also served as Chief Counsel for NexTrade and operated his own law firm Caamano & Associates PA. Mr. Caamano also has experience leading businesses in Panama having been Chairman and CEO of Finantrade and Intertrade, two Panamanian corporations.

Thomas Hammond

Board Adviser

Tom Hammond is a Board Adviser of Atlas FinTech Holdings Corp. and was President of ICE Clear U.S, a wholly-owned clearing house of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). Mr. Hammond was responsible for all the operations, technology, and financial functions at the clearing house. Prior to joining ICE, Mr. Hammond was Managing Director, Trading Operations at the Chicago Board of Trade (later the CME Group), where he played a leadership role in the successful transition to, and ongoing operation of the Common Clearing Link. Before joining CME Group in 2003, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation, where he successfully managed the development and implementation of integrated over-the-counter clearing systems while expanding clearing services and functionality for regulated futures contract markets. Mr. Hammond serves on the Board of Directors for the Financial Services Division and the Chicago Operations Division of the Futures Industry Association and participates in the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank’s Working Group on Financial Markets. Mr. Hammond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL.

Randall Miles

Chief Operating Officer

For over 25 years Mr. Miles has held senior leadership positions in financial services, financial technology and investment banking companies doing business globally. His extensive investment banking background at bulge bracket, regional and boutique firms advising financial services companies on strategic and financial needs has crossed many disciplines including fixed income, equities, corporate finance and M&A with deep focus in financial technology specialty finance, banking, software and business services. Mr. Miles transactional and advisory experience is complemented by leadership of public and private equity backed financial technology, specialty finance and software companies that have included LIONMTS where he was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and which required a complete restructuring of the company’s business model, Syngence Corporation and Advantage Funding / NAFCO Holdings which grew to an excess of $1 billion in size. Prior to joining Atlas Mr. Miles was Senior Managing Director, Head of FIG and Chief Operating Officer, Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Mr. Miles has broad public, private and nonprofit board experience and has been active for many years in leadership roles with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Mr. Miles holds a BBA from the University of Washington and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, 63 and 79

Ilya Bogdanov

Vice-President of Technology

Mr. Bogdanov has more than 25 years of information technology experience focused on technology needs of the financial services industry. Mr. Bogdanov is a hands-on technology architect with extensive experience in building real-time and high-volume distributed systems. Mr. Bogdanov designed, developed, and implemented core components of Atlas FinTech’s SURFACExchange including order matching, order management, trades management, and expirations processing. Prior to his role at Atlas FinTech Holdings, Mr. Bogdanov’s financial services experience included technology roles at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, and a commodities exchange.
